1. The student may rescind agreement within five (5) days after their first day of class by hand delivering written notice to the Owner of Zahra’s School of Middle Eastern Dance.   Zahra’s School of Middle Eastern Dance shall refund to the Student all amounts paid less a $25 administration charge, with respect to this agreement, within twenty (20) days. After the 5-day period, no monies shall be refunded. If a stop payment is put on the cheque then all monies are due immediately.

2. Non-payment of student dues during the course semester results in a termination of the class and any future classes.

3. The student acknowledges and agrees that a service charge of $25.00 shall be paid to Zahra’s School of Middle Eastern Dance in the event of either a returned payment (charge card or chequing) or a missed payment. The student will also be liable for all costs incurred by Zahra’s School of Middle Eastern Dance in the collection of past obligations, including court costs and reasonable solicitor’s fees.
